Responsibilities
Generate and maintain a network of potential automotive customers across various segments.
Conduct in-person or virtual sales meetings to showcase Tata Motors AAV vehicles and their benefits.
Identify client needs and provide tailored product and service recommendations.
Follow up with leads and manage sales pipeline from initial contact to deal closure.
Collaborate with team members across departments to deliver exceptional customer service.
Participate in training sessions and sales events organized by Tata Motors.
Requirements
Basic understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management (CRM).
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic and competitive environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients from diverse backgrounds.
Proficient in using digital tools and communication platforms.
Eagerness to learn about the automotive industry and a passion for customer satisfaction.

Prior experience in the automotive or related industry.
Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.

Knowledge of features, benefits, and advantages of own and competition products.
Knowledge of financing options available, generate quotation based on the prevalent schemes, documentation required and timelines.
Knowledge of all value-added services associated with the product.
Knowledge of events in the calendar year which have a high impact on sales.
Knowledge of product demonstration and objection handling.
