We are looking for a passionate and dynamic HRMS Functional Consultant to join our growing team.
Job Description
The HRMS Functional Consultant will be responsible for understanding client requirements, implementing HRMS solutions, conducting software demonstrations, user training, and ensuring smooth project execution. The ideal candidate should possess good knowledge of HR processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with clients and internal teams.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Understand client business processes and HR requirements.
- Conduct requirement gathering and gap analysis meetings with clients.
- Configure and implement HRMS software modules as per client requirements.
- Provide product demonstrations and functional presentations to clients.
- Coordinate with the technical team for customization and issue resolution.
- Prepare functional documents, BRD, user manuals, and process flow documents.
- Conduct user training sessions and support clients during implementation.
- Handle client queries and provide functional support post implementation.
- Ensure timely project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Assist in testing new features and software enhancements.
- Maintain regular follow-up with clients regarding implementation status.
- Support HRMS modules such as Payroll, Leave, Attendance, Recruitment, PMS, ESS, and Employee Lifecycle Management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve implementation processes and customer experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications
□ Strong understanding of HR processes and HRMS software.
□ Good communication and presentation skills.
□ Ability to understand client requirements and provide functional solutions.
□ Knowledge of Payroll, Attendance, Leave Management, and HR operations.
□ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
□ Ability to manage multiple projects and client coordination.
□ Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and documentation.
□ Team player with positive attitude and learning mindset.
□ Basic understanding of software implementation lifecycle will be an added advantage.
Educational Qualification
□ MBA (HR) / BBA / BCA / MCA / Any Graduate
□ Relevant experience in HRMS Implementation or Functional Consulting preferred.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
