About the Role
Genhype is looking for a social-media-savvy, outgoing and creative person to help grow our presence and connect us with the right people.
You’ll manage Genhype’s social media while also being responsible for finding and connecting with creators, influencers and interesting personalities for our podcasts and content.
What You'll Do
* Manage Genhype’s Instagram and social media presence — content ideas, posting, trends, engagement, and community building.
* Identify and reach out to creators, influencers, artists, entrepreneurs and other interesting personalities for podcast appearances and collaborations.
* Build and maintain relationships with creators and their teams.
* Help coordinate podcast guests, shoots and collaborations.
* Organize house parties, creator meetups and Genhype events.
* Assist with basic podcast/video production and understand the fundamentals of cameras, microphones, lighting and shoots.
* Stay updated with internet culture, trends, creators and what’s happening in the social media space.
What We're Looking For
* Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube and creator culture.
* Good communication and people skills.
* Naturally social, outgoing and comfortable approaching new people.
* Basic knowledge of content/video production.
* Creative, organized and proactive.
* Someone who can spot interesting people, start conversations and make things happen.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month
