Job Description – Hardcore Recruiter (Internal Recruitment) Aluminium Doors & Windows Industry Position: Hardcore Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist Department: Human Resources (HR) Location: Agra Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are looking for a highly aggressive, target-oriented, and result-driven recruiter who can handle end-to-end hiring for manufacturing, operations, sales, technical, factory, and corporate roles within the aluminium doors & windows industry. The ideal candidate must have strong sourcing capability, fast hiring execution, excellent follow-up skills, and the ability to close positions within strict timelines. Key Responsibilities End-to-End Recruitment Handle complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to joining. Hire for: o Factory workers o Fabricators o Site supervisors o CNC operators o Production staff o Project coordinators o Sales executives o Designers o Engineers o Operations team o Accounts & admin staff Aggressive Talent Sourcing Source candidates through: o Job portals o LinkedIn o Facebook groups o WhatsApp hiring groups o Employee referrals o Contractors & local networks o Field hiring drives Fast Closure Management Maintain strong daily follow-up with candidates. Coordinate interviews with department heads. Ensure minimum position aging and fast closures. Maintain backup candidate pipelines for urgent requirements. Internal Hiring Coordination Work closely with: o Operations Department o Production Team o Factory Managers o Sales Heads o HR Team Recruitment Tracking & Reporting Maintain: o Daily recruitment tracker o Interview status reports o Joining reports o Offer vs joining ratio o Hiring pipeline data Employer Branding Create hiring posts, job advertisements, and recruitment campaigns. Promote company culture and growth opportunities across hiring platforms.
