Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Mechanical Engineer to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and optimizing mechanical systems, production equipment, and manufacturing processes. The role focuses on improving productivity, reducing downtime, ensuring equipment reliability, maintaining quality standards, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives
Job Description:
1. Maintain healthy and safety environment in workplace.
2. Daily Manpower Handling.
3. Scheduling every day raw material for production.
4. Ability to properly manage time and resources and set priorities.
5. Prepare & Maintain Internal & External Material Gatepass.
6. Monitoring employee productivity and providing constructive feedback and coaching.
7. The ability to recognise issues and find solutions quickly.
8. Broad understanding of safety systems and enforcement of safety rules and policies.
9. Repairs & Maintenance of Machinery if required.
10. Ensure Health & Safety Precautions.
11. ISO 9001 Documentation & Audit.
12. Kaizen Activities.
13. 5S Activities.
14. Ability to effectively supervise and direct employees.
15. Ability to communicate concisely, clearly, and effectively, orally and in writing.
Location : Satpur Nashik
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 0–2 years of experience Fresher Can Be Apply in a manufacturing environment (experience requirement may vary based on role level).
- Familiarity with hydraulic, pneumatic, HVAC, and power transmission systems.
- Understanding of preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, and reliability engineering.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
