Job Describtion :
- No hands-on or work experience required on hardware.
- Will be working for 24*7 Shift with no public holidays or fixed weekly off. Couple of days’ leave will be provided in between shift change.
- Should be able to work in rotation shifts (Morning, Afternoon & Night)
- Will have to Monitor Infrastructure through Solar-Winds Console (Training will be provided if familiar with other monitoring tool like Nagios etc.)
- Perform L1 Support Only, where in any failure with Infrastructure (eg Server, Switches, Routers, Connectors etc.) needs to be communicated to the Tech Support.
- Send Fortnightly & Monthly reports in Excel about the Incidences that have occurred during that duration. So should be familiar with MS Office too.
Should be familiar with the Hardware Jargons (Server, Switches, Node, Port Down, CPU Utilization, Application Down etc.) even though he has no working experience handling that hardware. The job profile we are seeking does not include performing hardware replacements.
Desired Profile:
1. Should be a local candidate (Vashi , KoparKhairne, Sanpada, Nerul, Panvel, Ulwe, Belapur, Mankurd, Chembur)
2. Preferable – Understanding of Infra-Structure monitoring TOOLS (Nagios, Solar Winds).
3. Good Written & Verbal Communication.
4. Well-disciplined at work.
5. Candidate should be Active & Confident.
6. Commitment required for 2 years
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
