- Operate CNC laser cutting machines safely and efficiently
- Set up machines, load materials, and select correct cutting parameters
- Use CypCut software to load programs, adjust cutting paths, and monitor cutting processes
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and job orders
- Perform basic programming edits and nesting adjustments when required
- Inspect finished parts to ensure dimensional accuracy and quality standards
- Conduct routine machine maintenance and report mechanical issues
Beneficial / Preferred Skills
- Experience using CypCut laser cutting software
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD for viewing or modifying drawings
- Understanding of nesting techniques and cutting optimization
- Prior experience in a fabrication or manufacturing environment
