Business Development Associate (BDA)

About the Role
As a Business Development Associate, you will play a key role in expanding our client base and driving revenue. You will be responsible for identifying potential leads, nurturing relationships, and supporting the sales process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through research and outreach
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs
- Present products/services to potential clients via calls, meetings, or demos
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop effective strategies
- Follow up on leads and convert them into long-term customers
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to negotiate and influence decision-making
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
- Basic understanding of sales and business development processes
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus
