Role Overview
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to expand Tally Education's partner network and strengthen relationships with educational institutions, training centers, NGOs, CSR organizations, and government skill development initiatives. The role demands excellent communication, relationship management, and business development skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new Training Partners, Educational Institutions, Colleges, Universities, NGOs, and Skill Development Organizations.
- Generate leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and cold calling.
- Conduct business presentations, product demonstrations, and partnership meetings.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing partners to drive business growth.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue, partner acquisition, and activation targets.
- Coordinate partner onboarding activities including documentation, agreements, and training.
- Collaborate with Academic, Operations, and Marketing teams for successful partner implementation.
- Monitor partner performance and provide continuous business support.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and submit regular sales reports.
- Represent Tally Education at education fairs, seminars, partner meets, and industry events.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, EdTech, Training, Education, or Channel Sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Comfortable with extensive field travel.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel across assigned territory.
