Responsibilities
- Paid Advertising: Plan, set up, and optimize paid traffic campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) to achieve target ROAS.
- SEO Management: Conduct keyword research, optimize product pages, manage on-page/technical SEO, and build high-quality backlinks to increase organic traffic.
- Content & Creative Collaboration: Work closely with designers to develop high-converting ad creatives, copy, and landing pages specifically tailored to travel audiences.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track daily/weekly campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and ad managers to report on key metrics (CPA, CTR, Conversion Rate).
- Market Trends: Monitor competitor strategies and shifting trends within the e-commerce and luggage/travel industries to identify new growth channels.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 2–4 years of proven experience running paid ads and SEO campaigns, preferably in e-commerce or consumer retail (D2C).
- Ad Platforms: Hands-on expertise with Google Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite is required.
- SEO Tools: Familiarity with tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Google Search Console.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data, run A/B tests, and turn insights into actionable campaign adjustments.
- Location/Commute: Ability to reliably commute to or relocate to Satpur, Nashik before starting work.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
