Job Title: Technical Operator – SMT Shop Floor
Location: Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra
Job Summary
We are looking for a Technical Operator to support SMT (Surface Mount Technology) manufacturing operations. The candidate will be responsible for operating SMT production equipment, ensuring smooth production flow, maintaining quality standards, and supporting machine troubleshooting activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate SMT production machines such as Screen Printer, SPI, Pick & Place, Reflow Oven, and AOI.
- Perform machine setup, feeder loading, and product changeovers.
- Monitor production output and machine performance.
- Conduct first-level troubleshooting and escalate major issues when required.
- Ensure compliance with quality, ESD, and safety standards.
- Perform routine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance of equipment.
- Verify components, feeders, and PCB materials before production.
- Maintain production records and shift reports.
- Support continuous improvement activities on the shop floor.
Qualifications
- ITI (Electronics / Electrical) or Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, or related technical field.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of SMT manufacturing processes.
- Understanding of electronic components and PCB assembly.
- Ability to read work instructions and process documents.
- Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Experience
- 0–2 years of experience in SMT production, electronics manufacturing, or PCB assembly.
- Freshers with technical qualifications may also apply.
Working Conditions
- Manufacturing shop-floor environment.
- Rotational shifts as per production requirements.
- Adherence to ESD and safety procedures is mandatory.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
