The Officer will be responsible for acting as a mentor to the students enrolled under the Kotak Graduate Scholarship. The Mentor will perform a wide range of duties, including some or all of the following:
Student Mentoring & Engagement
Mentoring Students (Around 100 students in a month) enrolled in the scholarship and conducting Student engagement activities.- Conduct regular one-on-one mentoring sessions (telephonic/online)
- Track academic progress and provide guidance to improve performance
- Deliver theme-based mentoring sessions (career guidance, soft skills, etc.)
- Ensure student participation in engagement activities and sessions
- Identify at-risk students and provide timely intervention Intake & Onboarding Support
- Support student outreach and onboarding processes
- Orient students on application procedures and scholarship guidelines
- Holding scholars for the college and course selection
- Conduct telephonic interviews for student shortlisting
- Perform accurate document verification Student Coordination & Follow-ups
- Maintain regular communication with students for updates and support
- Coordinate for attendance, surveys, and program-related activities
- Ensure timely collection of required student information and documents Project
- Develop qualitative case studies and student success stories
- Prepare student profiles as required
- Support program reporting and review processes Data Management & Reporting
- Update and maintain student data on MIS/portals
- Track mentoring interactions and student progress
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of records.
