- Resolve customer complaints and provide technical solutions
- Conduct new machine trials and performance testing
- Handle machine modifications as per customer requirements
- Install and commission machines at customer sites
- Provide machine operation and maintenance training to customers
- Perform machine servicing and preventive maintenance at customer end
- Supervise machine packing, loading, and unloading activities
- Prepare machine operation and maintenance manuals
- Showcase machine trials and demonstrations to visiting customers
- Coordinate with production, design, and quality departments
- Maintain service reports, installation records, and documentation
- Support breakdown troubleshooting and root cause analysis
- Ensure customer satisfaction and timely service support
- Monitor machine performance after installation
- Follow safety standards during installation and servicing activities
- Should be Open to travel across India
Pay: ₹8,619.04 - ₹25,000.00 per month
