About the Role
We are looking for a Commercial Space Onboarding Executive to support an AI data collection and learning project. The role involves visiting commercial establishments, explaining the project requirements to business owners/managers, and onboarding eligible commercial spaces onto the platform.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable with field visits, business communication, lead generation, data collection, and daily activity tracking.
Key Responsibilities
* Visit commercial establishments such as Eg:(retail stores, supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, pharmacies, and other eligible businesses).
* Identify and approach potential commercial spaces based on project requirements.
* Explain the AI project, onboarding process, and requirements clearly to business owners/managers.
* Obtain necessary consent and complete the onboarding process as per the project guidelines.
* Collect and verify required business information and documents.
* Capture and submit required data/images/videos through the designated application or platform.
* Maintain accurate records of onboarded businesses and daily field activities.
* Achieve assigned daily/weekly onboarding targets.
* Coordinate with the internal operations team regarding onboarding status, issues, and pending requirements.
* Follow project SOPs, quality guidelines, and compliance requirements.
* Provide regular updates on field activities and escalate operational challenges promptly.
Eligibility
* Graduate / Undergraduate with good communication skills.
* 0-1 years of experience in field operations, sales, business development, merchant onboarding, or similar roles.
* Freshers with strong communication and willingness to work in the field are welcome.
* Comfortable using **smartphones, mobile applications, Google Maps, and basic digital tools**.
* Good verbal communication skills in English and the local language.
* Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
* Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
