Job Description:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure long-term partnerships.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand the company’s customer base.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and negotiations to potential clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, and product) to align business development efforts with company goals.
Qualification and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build client relationships.
- Basic understanding of sales processes, lead generation, and market research techniques.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools (like Salesforce or similar platforms).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel or work in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
