Job description:
Core Platform & Technical Skills
- Platform Proficiency: Expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, Video) & Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram).
- Analytics & Tracking: Setup and interpretation of Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and Conversion API.
- Performance Metrics: Understanding of CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Keyword Research: Identifying high-intent keywords for Google Search campaigns.
- Audience Targeting: Defining and segmenting audiences for effective targeting.
Strategy & Execution Skills
- Campaign Management: Setting up, structuring, and managing complex campaigns.
- Budget Optimization: Allocating budgets effectively across channels and campaigns.
- Ad Copywriting: Crafting compelling headlines and descriptions for different ad formats.
- Creative Development: Basic design (Canva) or video editing for short ads is a bonus.
- A/B Testing: Testing ad variations (creatives, audiences, copy) for performance improvement.
Analytical & Soft Skills
- Data Analysis: Interpreting campaign data to derive actionable insights and make data-driven decisions.
- Problem-Solving: Diagnosing poor performance and implementing solutions.
- Communication: Clearly reporting results and collaborating with teams/clients.
- Attention to Detail: Monitoring platforms for errors and opportunities.
- Adaptability: Staying updated with platform changes and industry trends.
