Job Summary
Jagson India is looking for a motivated and energetic Junior Sales Officer to support sales operations, handle customer enquiries, generate leads, coordinate with clients, and assist in achieving sales targets. The candidate will play a key role in maintaining customer relationships and supporting business development activities.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Enquiry Handling
- Attend customer enquiries received through phone, email, WhatsApp, website, and social media.
- Provide product information, pricing, and technical details to customers.
- Follow up on leads and enquiries to convert them into business opportunities.
- Maintain an updated database of prospects and customers.
Customer Coordination
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Coordinate with customers regarding quotations, samples, orders, and deliveries.
- Address customer concerns and ensure timely resolution.
Sales Support
- Prepare quotations, sales reports, and order documentation.
- Assist senior sales team members in achieving sales targets.
- Support participation in exhibitions, trade fairs, and marketing activities.
- Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts teams for smooth order execution.
Market Development
- Identify potential customers and business opportunities.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Generate new leads through online platforms and direct outreach.
Qualifications
- Graduate in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in Sales, Customer Service, Telecalling, or Business Development.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
Skills Required
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Customer-focused attitude.
- Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience) + Incentives + Career Growth Opportunities.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
