*Role:* Sr. Process Engineer – Water & Wastewater Treatment
*Key Responsibilities:
* Design and engineer STP, ETP & WTP projects from concept to commissioning. Perform process design, hydraulic calculations, mass balance, and system sizing.
Prepare PFDs, P&IDs, process design reports, and technical specifications. Design and optimize treatment plants using MBR, MBBR, SBR, UF, RO, ASP, Ceramic Membranes, DAF & Electrocoagulation technologies.
Evaluate raw water and wastewater characteristics to recommend suitable treatment technologies. Support Greenfield, Brownfield & Greyfield projects, plant commissioning, troubleshooting, and optimization.
*Must-Have Skills:*
8+ years of hands-on process design experience in STP/ETP/WTP.
Experience in Greenfield, Brownfield, or Greyfield projects.
Designed at least one treatment plant of *20 MLD or above.*
Strong expertise in process design, hydraulic calculations, PFDs & P&IDs.
Hands-on experience with *MBR, MBBR & SBR* technologies.
Full process design lifecycle experience (Design → Engineering → Optimization).
Minimum *50% of total experience* should be in *STP projects.*
*Preferred:* Chemical Engineering background.
Knowledge of BioWin, Bentley, WAVE, IMS, or similar engineering tools.
*Qualification:*
Bachelor's Degree in Chemical / Mechanical / Environmental / Process Engineering.
Master's Degree is an added advantage.
