Key Responsibilities:
- Front Desk & Phone Handling: Welcome visitors, clients, and vendors warmly. Professionally manage the central office telephone line, direct calls to respective departments, and take precise messages.
- Meeting Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule internal meetings, manage conference room availability, and assist management with calendar updates.
- Office Maintenance & Housekeeping Supervision: Monitor the daily cleanliness and maintenance of the office premises, coordinating with housekeeping staff to ensure a neat environment.
- Documentation & Printing: Assist with printing, photocopying, scanning, and filing of official corporate documents, bills, and records.
- Inventory Management: Track and maintain stocks of office stationery, pantry supplies, and printing materials, placing orders before items run out.
- Courier & Mail Management: Receive, sort, and distribute incoming letters, couriers, and packages daily, and handle outgoing dispatches.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Any graduate/diploma holder with basic computer skills.
- Experience: 1 year of proven experience as a receptionist, front office executive, or admin assistant. Freshers with exceptional communication skills and a quick learning attitude may also be considered.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in basic MS Office tools (MS Word, Excel, and Outlook) for managing data and emails.
- Communication: Polite and professional verbal communication in Tamil and English. A pleasant phone personality is highly preferred.
- Soft Skills: Strong organisational skills, multitasking ability, and punctuality.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
