Key Responsibilities
- Teaching & Training: Deliver lectures, clinical demonstrations, and bedside teaching for MBBS undergraduates and MD/DNB postgraduates.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Post-graduate medical degree—MD or DNB in Dermatology, Venereology, and Leprosy (DVL).
- Experience: Several years of active teaching and research experience as an Associate Professor or Reader as per regional medical council and NMC norms.
- Licensure: Valid registration with the National Medical Commission (NMC) or State Medical Council. [1]
- Clinical Care: Manage skin, hair, nail, sexually transmitted infection (STI), and leprosy cases in hospital wards and outpatient clinics.
- Procedure Supervision: Oversee advanced dermatosurgery, biopsies, laser therapies, and cosmetic dermatology treatments.
- Research & Mentorship: Guide postgraduate thesis projects, conduct clinical trials, and publish papers in medical journals.
- Administration: Manage department schedules, assist with institutional quality boards, and ensure regulatory compliance. [1, 2, 3, 4]
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
