Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Civil Site Engineer (Fresher or 0–1 year of experience) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for daily site visits, coordinating with labour teams and vendors, and ensuring quality execution of construction work. Roles & Responsibilities Visit assigned construction sites across Chennai on a daily basis. Supervise and monitor day-to-day site activities. Coordinate effectively with labour teams, subcontractors, and vendors. Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Monitor work progress and report updates to the management. Ensure proper material usage and maintain site discipline. Follow safety and quality procedures at the site.
Requirements Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
Fresher or 0–1 year of site experience.
Two-wheeler is mandatory.
Willing to travel to project sites across Chennai.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Languages required: Tamil, English, and Hindi.
