- Act as the first point of contact for service customers (calls, walk-ins, follow-ups)
- Schedule service appointments and coordinate with the service team
- Maintain and update customer database and service records
- Follow up with customers for periodic maintenance and service reminders
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution
- Conduct post-service feedback calls and record customer satisfaction levels
- Ensure high standards of customer service and relationship management
- Support service advisors in managing customer expectations
