We are looking for a creative, strategic, and performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive to manage and grow the social media presence of all our ventures.
Job Summary
The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and monitoring the social media strategy of Phoenix Business Advisory, Phx Prime Properties, and MPX to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management
- Handle and manage all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) for all three ventures.
- Create and execute monthly content calendars aligned with business goals.
- Develop engaging posts, reels, stories, and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure consistent brand voice and visual identity across all platforms.
Content Creation & Strategy
- Coordinate with internal teams for content ideas, updates, testimonials, and achievements.
- Write compelling captions and marketing copies.
- Assist in scripting short-form video content and promotional campaigns.
- Plan educational, promotional, and lead-generation content.
Paid Marketing & Campaigns
- Run and optimize paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
- Generate qualified leads for visa services and real estate projects.
- Monitor campaign performance and ROI.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track social media insights and engagement metrics.
- Prepare monthly performance reports.
- Suggest data-driven improvements to enhance reach and conversions.
Branding & Online Presence
- Monitor brand reputation and respond to comments/messages.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends and competitor strategies.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and video editors for high-quality creatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing / Social Media Management.
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn campaigns.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Knowledge of basic static and Non-static editing tools, and content scheduling tools.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign data.
- Experience in real estate or visa consultancy marketing will be an added advantage.
