We are looking for an experienced HVAC BIM Modeler with 3+ years of experience in HVAC BIM modeling and coordination. The candidate will be responsible for developing accurate HVAC models and supporting BIM coordination for building projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed HVAC BIM models using Revit MEP.
- Prepare HVAC layouts, ducting, piping, equipment, and related components.
- Create and update BIM models based on design drawings and project requirements.
- Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks.
- Coordinate HVAC models with Electrical, Plumbing, Structural, and Architectural disciplines.
- Prepare shop drawings, layouts, sections, and schedules as required.
- Review models for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project standards.
- Incorporate design changes and maintain updated BIM models.
- Support BIM Coordinators and project teams during coordination meetings.
- Ensure models are developed according to required LOD and BIM standards.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in HVAC BIM Modeling.
- Strong knowledge of Autodesk Revit MEP.
- Working knowledge of Navisworks Manage and clash detection.
- Good understanding of HVAC systems, ducting, piping, and equipment.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred.
- Ability to read and understand MEP drawings.
- Good knowledge of BIM coordination and modeling standards.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Educational Qualification
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
