- Welcome and assist walk-in clients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage front desk operations and maintain visitor records.
- Maintain office files, documents, and administrative records.
- Support the sales and operations team with basic administrative tasks.
- Assist in preparing reports, data entry, and other office-related work.
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping and cleaning staff.
- Ensure the office reception area, meeting rooms, workstations, pantry, and washrooms are clean and well-maintained.
- Monitor cleanliness standards and report any maintenance issues to management.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning and pantry supplies and inform management when replenishment is required.
- Ensure staff follow hygiene and workplace cleanliness protocols.
Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
