Job Summary
SS Hyundai Mavelikara is looking for a Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to manage customer interactions, follow-ups, service reminders, and feedback activities while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls and showroom enquiries professionally
- Follow up with customers regarding vehicle sales and service appointments
- Maintain customer records and update CRM systems regularly
- Coordinate with sales and service teams for smooth customer handling
- Collect customer feedback and resolve complaints promptly
- Ensure timely service reminders and delivery follow-ups
- Maintain strong customer relationships and improve customer satisfaction
Eligibility Criteria
- Any Graduation
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge is mandatory
- Telecalling or customer service experience preferred
