Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greet walk-in visitors, find out what they need, and suggest matching two-wheeler models.
- Product Presentation: Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, current offers, and fuel efficiency.
- Financing & Documentation: Guide buyers through loan options, insurance plans, and registration paperwork.
- Test Rides: Arrange and supervise safe test drives or rides for potential buyers.
- Lead Generation: Follow up with phone calls or messages and run local marketing activities to find new buyers.
- Delivery Coordination: Work with the back-office team to make sure vehicles are ready and delivered on time
