As a Telemarketer for Heta institute of technology your primary responsibility will be to connect with potential students, identify their educational needs, and encourage them to enroll in our technical training programs. You will play a crucial role in driving our marketing efforts and expanding our student community.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Calls: Place outbound calls to prospective students who have expressed interest in our programs or who have shown potential based on our leads.
2. Lead Generation: Utilize various lead sources and databases to identify and qualify potential students.
3. Educational Consultation: Engage in meaningful conversations with potential students to understand their career goals, technical skills needs, and interests.
4. Program Promotion: Clearly and persuasively articulate the benefits of our technical training programs and how they can help students achieve their career objectives.
5. Objection Handling: Address inquiries, concerns, and objections professionally and provide accurate information to potential students.
6. Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for interested individuals to visit our institute for in-person information sessions or virtual webinars.
7. Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, leads, and interactions in the CRM system.
8. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing and admissions teams to ensure alignment in messaging and goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred.
- Previous telemarketing, sales, or customer service experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and a pleasant phone manner.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of technical training and the IT industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong desire to meet and exceed targets.
