Role Overview
We are looking for a highly experienced and visionary Creative Head to lead our creative strategy and execution. The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of storytelling, curriculum development, and hands-on production expertise, along with a forward-thinking approach to leveraging AI tools in creative workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall creative vision and strategy across projects and platforms
- Develop and design structured, engaging curriculum/content frameworks aligned with business goals
- Oversee end-to-end content creation, including pre-production, production, and post-production processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, content, design, and tech) to ensure creative consistency
- Mentor and manage creative teams including writers, designers, and video editors
- Ensure high-quality output, brand alignment, and timely delivery of projects
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging formats, and storytelling techniques
- Integrate and leverage AI tools (for content creation, editing, automation, etc.) to enhance efficiency and innovation
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 10–11 years of experience in creative roles, with leadership experience preferred
- Proven experience in curriculum development and structured content creation
- Strong hands-on experience in production and post-production workflows (video/audio/digital content)
- Proficiency in creative tools and software (Adobe Suite, Final Cut Pro, etc.)
- Working knowledge of AI tools (such as generative AI, content automation tools, editing AI, etc.)
- Excellent storytelling, conceptual thinking, and communication skills
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in media, edtech, digital content, or production houses
- Ability to balance creative vision with business objectives
- Exposure to emerging content formats (short-form video, interactive content, etc.)

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
