At PressureJet Systems Pvt. Ltd., we are looking for a detail-oriented, punctual, and coordination-focused Proposal Engineer / Proposal Officer to join our Sales Support / Backend Operations team.
This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working with quotations, customer enquiries, ERP, internal coordination, and techno-commercial documentation in an engineering manufacturing environment.
The selected candidate will support the sales team in preparing accurate proposals, coordinating with internal departments, tracking order status, and ensuring smooth communication from enquiry to order execution.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Prepare techno-commercial quotations and proposals
✅ Coordinate with Design, Purchase, PPC, Production, Dispatch, Service & Accounts
✅ Book orders accurately in ERP
✅ Track order status, dispatch schedules, and customer communication
✅ Support payment follow-up and maintain enquiry / sales records
Candidate Profile:
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. preferred in Mechanical / Electrical / Production / Mechatronics / Engineering Mechanics
Experience: 1–2 years
Good knowledge of MS Excel & ERP
Good communication in English
Strong coordination and follow-up skills
First preference to candidates with AI skills
Punctual with strong attention to detail
