Position Overview:
- The Site Manager is responsible for the comprehensive daily operations and management of a fitness
or recreation facility, encompassing team leadership, floor operations, vendor relations, data
reporting, and event execution.
Key Responsibilities

1. Team Management
- Develop and maintain staff rosters, manage leave requests, and conduct weekly team briefings on
SOPs, grooming, and policy adherence.
- Track team performance through regular reviews, constructive feedback, and daily logbook and
attendance checks.
- Lead by example with professionalism and empathy, and manage training and performance
appraisals for trainers.
2. Floor Management
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring facility cleanliness (gym, washrooms, storage) and proper
maintenance of equipment and linen, adhering to all safety and regulatory standards.
- Manage shift coverage and staffing levels, including assuming full shift management when co-site
managers are absent.
- Handle all incidents (complaints, accidents, theft) and coordinate with vendors for prompt
equipment issue resolution.
- Deliver excellent user service and proactively address and resolve user issues.

3. Vendor team and facility Management
- Oversea Including ensuring supporting staff receive uniforms and timely pay, equipment receives
monthly attendance maintenance of Janitorial staff, and laundry services meet quality standards.
- Manage sports recce , cancellations, and carry-forward slots.
4. Data Management
- Equipment checklist [ Mandate ]
- Rosters for HK & Trainers, Gx trainers [ Mandate ]
- Laundry billing [ If Cluster or operations not appointed in site ]
- Events data updates [ on demand ]
- Incident reports [ On demand ]
- Feedback review [ Regularly in Omni and forms ] .
- Update daily user counts in whats app or google chat group (gym, classes, events, sports)[ Mandate ]
- Weekly team Performance review [ Mandate ]
- Guts tickets oversee [ Mandate ]
- Monitoring the assigned laptop to the team, for the purpose of card reader, must be used exclusively
for badge sign-ups (if applicable).

5. Event Execution
- Plan and coordinate facility events, including briefing the team and arranging promotional materials
(posters/standees).
- Allocating the team for events
- Actively promote events and coordinate with event vendors to ensure timely arrangements.
- Collect and update participant data on event day
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
