Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management & Coordination
- Lead and manage end-to-end project execution for merchandise operations.
- Coordinate with internal teams (procurement, sales, logistics, and finance) to ensure timely delivery.
- Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- MIS & Reporting
- Develop and maintain MIS reports for inventory, sales, and project status.
- Analyze data to provide actionable insights and improve decision-making.
- Present periodic reports to senior management.
- Inventory Management
- Monitor stock levels and ensure optimal inventory control.
- Coordinate with warehouses and vendors to maintain stock availability.
- Implement inventory tracking systems and processes.
- Vendor & Stakeholder Management
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and external partners for project requirements.
- Ensure timely procurement and delivery of merchandise.
- Process Improvement
- Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements.
- Streamline workflows for efficiency and cost optimization.
- Risk & Issue Management
- Anticipate project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Resolve operational issues proactively.
