Customer Support Executive – International Voice

CTC: ₹27,000 – ₹33,000 + Performance Incentives + Travel Allowance / Cab Facility
Shift Pattern: Rotational Shifts, including Night Shifts
Work Schedule: 5.5 Days per Week
Position Overview
We are seeking customer-focused professionals to become part of our International Customer Service team. The selected candidates will communicate with customers from the US over calls, understand their requirements, resolve service-related issues, and ensure a smooth and satisfactory customer experience.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls from US-based customers.
- Handle customer requests concerning orders, payments, billing, returns, products, accounts, and other service-related matters.
- Analyze customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions within the required timelines.
- Update customer information and call-related details accurately in the designated systems.
- Meet defined service quality, compliance, attendance, and productivity standards.
- Ensure every customer interaction is handled professionally and with a helpful attitude.
Who Can Apply?
- Graduates and undergraduates from any educational background are eligible.
- Candidates with 6+ months of experience in an International Voice Process will be preferred.
- Freshers with excellent English communication skills and a strong customer-service orientation can also be considered.
- Strong spoken English and confident communication abilities are required.
- Candidates must be open to rotational working hours, including night shifts and rotational weekly offs.
- Immediate joiners will receive preference during the hiring process.
