Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resource Management, MSW (HR), or equivalent.
Experience
- 10-15 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Manager
- Experience in the electronics, manufacturing, distribution, or trading industry will be preferred.
Position Summary
The HR Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the Human Resources and Administration functions of SR Electro Private Limited. The role focuses on talent acquisition, HR operations, statutory compliance, payroll, employee engagement, performance management, training & development, HR budgeting, and organizational development. The HR Manager will supervise the HR Executive, ensure smooth HR operations, implement HR best practices, and align HR strategies with the company's business objectives.
