Key Responsibilities
Assist Project Managers with organizing, planning and controlling key project activities including document control, meeting minutes, project document registers, project schedule and reporting.
Assist department needs related to Document Controlling, registering and storing in SharePoint;
Assist with documenting changes in project scope while communicating impact to project management team.
Provide general support to Project Managers in coordinating and tracking progress of contractual obligations;
Assist in controlling, monitoring and reporting key project risks and issues in the risk platform (currently IFS);
Facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, and publish meeting minutes;
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to implement and report on project related deliverables;
Contribute to the improvement, development and implementation of project management processes and procedures.
Collaborate in the development and implementation of procedures, tools and templates;
Maintain registers for all incoming and outgoing formal notices to and from Contractors and keep track of former version history adequately across multiple projects.
Prepare monthly payment certificates in relation to payment claims for multiple projects, adhering to the contractual timeline requirements;
Support with SAP in registering Purchase Orders, Service Entrance Sheets and payment milestones;
Facilitate contract close-out discussions and manage Extension of Time (EOT) claim negotiations;
Support in elaborating project status reports highlighting risks, opportunities, and schedule deviations to key stakeholders;
Support in elaborating Construction Weekly Slides to Senior Management
Honour HSE standards, practices and procedures across project execution to reinforce safety standards;
Travels for face-to-face stakeholder meetings, contract negotiations, and site visits as required;
Candidate must be available on EMEA (Spain desired) time zone schedule (required);

Work Experience
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical or Material preferred), Project Management, Business, Construction Management or related technical discipline.
10+ years of project and controls experience
Knowledge & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil preferred), Project Management, Business, Construction Management, or related technical discipline
Minimum 10+ years of proven experience in similar activities across multiple project phases (Greenfield, Development, Design, Execution, Start-Up), preferably in construction environments
Previous experience in compilation of project reporting for various stakeholder groups;
Experience in monitoring project schedules, milestones and completion obligations;
Knowledge of Contracts and commercial agreements formation and contract administration;
Knowledge of financial management of Energy projects;
Strategic thinking, prioritization skills and ability to plan and execute according to defined procedures and where necessary contribute to developing new procedures.
Demonstrated commercial acumen and analytical skills.
Strong team working, communication and team management skills.
Demonstrated expertise in Photovoltaic Solar project development, design, construction, and performance analysis
Strong data analysis skills, including experience with data capture and analytics tools
Fluency in English (required); Spanish competency is a plus
