Production Planner
Role Overview
The production planner will be responsible for streamlining the manufacturing workflow from initial planning to final stock tracking . This role acts as a central coordination hub, ensuring clear communication between pattern creation, molding, and inventory management. The ideal candidate will implement real-time tracking systems to minimize rejections and ensure the team is always prepared for fast-paced troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities
1. Workflow & Production Planning
- Develop and manage the core Production Plan in close coordination with key stakeholders
- Oversee the sequential flow of manufacturing stages:
- pattern stage: coordinate with carpenter and supervisors
- Molding Stage : coordinate with molder
- Stock Handover: Ensure Steamless transfer of finished transfer of finished stock back to inventory management
2. Real- time tracking & Reporting
- Maintain and update Real - Time Stock records to ensure accurate inventory visibility
- Provide immediate , real-time production updates to management
- Track and log rejection updates to identify bottleneck areas and minimize material waste
3. Coordination & Risk Management
- Act as the primary focal point for cross- departmental coordination.
- Anticipate production disruptions and maintain agility to handle urgent operational issues effectively
- Document processes clearly to ensure that key personnel roles are cross - trained and easily replaceable for business continuity
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
