Meeting revenue target (team target & individual target)
Daily Calling & Managing to call data -Reach out to all the existing customer and cross-sell to generate additional revenue - 2 hours per day / 50 hours per month Maintain data of leads & conversion Conversion ratio in HT – 30% & Cosmetology –50% Lead the tele-calling and post op calls by clinic team members - Maintain report of cross sales
Reporting to Clinic Manager - Update Clinic manager daily about the team’s updated CRM SOPs Compliance - Be fully compliant with CRP sop's and follow the laid down protocols on daily basis on the procedures done on their patients. ( Incentives are linked with Sops compilation) Co-ordinate between counselor, technicians & doctor. Patient Feedback survey - Conduct post-op calling & take feedback from patients with Rating score in the scale of 1 to 10 Update DPR daily - Fill up the DPR on the daily basis HR & Training Performance management - Monitor team performance and prepare action plans to improve team performance. New Joiner training - Conduct training for new joiners, and new team members at clinic and HO ( as per the guideline by the Clinic Manager)
