- Supervise garment finishing processes such as thread trimming, cleaning, ironing, inspection, and packing preparation
- Ensure finished garments meet required quality standards
- Monitor daily finishing targets and workflow
- Manage finishing staff and maintain discipline on the shop floor
- Coordinate with production and quality teams
