We are looking for a highly motivated Founder Associate – E-commerce, AI & Business Operations who will work directly with the Founder to help scale the business.
This is not a traditional job. It is an opportunity to learn every aspect of building and growing a modern eCommerce company. You will gain hands-on experience in business operations, marketplace management, AI tools, supplier coordination, product launches, digital marketing, and process improvement.

What You'll DoE-commerce Operations
- Manage Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, and Shopify operations.
- Create and optimize product listings.
- Monitor catalog health and resolve listing issues.
- Track inventory, sales, returns, cancellations, and order performance.
- Prepare daily and weekly business reports.
Founder Support
- Assist the Founder with daily business priorities.
- Coordinate projects across different teams.
- Follow up with internal team members, suppliers, agencies, and logistics partners.
- Ensure important tasks are completed on time.
- Help improve business processes and operational efficiency.
AI & Automation
- Use ChatGPT and other AI tools for research, content creation, and productivity.
- Generate product descriptions, titles, bullet points, and marketing content.
- Create AI-assisted product images and creatives.
- Explore new AI tools that can improve business performance.
- Help automate repetitive business processes.
Supplier & Business Coordination
- Coordinate with manufacturers and suppliers.
- Negotiate pricing and delivery timelines.
- Track purchase orders and production schedules.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors.
- Support inventory planning and replenishment.
Marketing Support
- Assist with Amazon Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports.
- Coordinate with designers and marketing agencies.
- Support product launches and promotional campaigns.
Business Analysis
- Prepare Excel reports and dashboards.
- Monitor sales trends and business performance.
- Research competitors and market opportunities.
- Recommend ideas to improve revenue, profitability, and operational efficiency.

Preferred Qualifications
- Fresh Graduate or Postgraduate (BBA, B.Com, MBA, BCA, B.Tech, M.Com, or similar).
- 0–2 years of work experience.
