Heal and Care Pharma is looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to oversee accounting operations and ensure efficient financial management across our retail pharmacy business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Payment reconciliation
- Purchase payment management
- Expense management and monitoring
- Salary processing and payroll management
- Maintain accounting records and financial reports
- Assist with monthly and yearly financial closing
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements
- Coordinate with management for financial planning and reporting
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
- Minimum 4 years of accounting experience
- Experience in the Retail Industry will be an added advantage
- Strong knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and accounting principles
- Good analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
