Experience: 2–5 Years
Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or ITI Fitter/Electrician
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation & commissioning of pharmaceutical machines at customer sites
- Troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, PLC & SCADA issues
- Provide on-site and remote technical support
- Handle preventive maintenance and breakdown activities
- Travel across PAN India for service support
- Train customer operators and maintenance teams
- Support validation activities including DQ, IQ, OQ & PQ
- Prepare service reports and handle customer complaints
- Support machine testing, FAT, and telephonic customer support
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in pharmaceutical machinery servicing
- Good communication and troubleshooting skills
- Willingness to travel extensively
