- Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and manage engaging content (images, videos, text) across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- E-commerce Operations: Manage online store operations, including product listings, stock updates, pricing, and optimizing product descriptions for conversions.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) to drive targeted traffic and increase ROI.
- SEO & Content Marketing: Optimize website content and product pages for search engines (SEO) to improve organic visibility.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on website traffic, social media engagement, and sales performance using tools like Google Analytics.
- Customer Engagement: Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages on social media and e-commerce platforms promptly.
Requirements & Skills
- Experience: Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive, Social Media Manager, or E-commerce Specialist.
- Platform Knowledge: Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (like Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, or Flipkart) and social media algorithms.
- Technical Skills: Experience running paid ad campaigns (Facebook Manager, Google Ads). Basic knowledge of graphic design tools like Canva or Photoshop is a big plus.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze data and trends to adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
