Overview:
As a Performance Marketer, you will be the primary owner of our Google Ads and Meta Ads
channels — from strategy and campaign architecture to daily optimization and reporting.
You'll drive qualified leads and enrollments across global markets, working closely with
creative, CRO, analytics, and product teams. This is a high-ownership role for someone who
is equally comfortable in Ads Manager and Google Ads, and knows how to make both
channels work together across the full funnel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end management of Google Ads accounts across Search, Display,
YouTube, Performance Max, and Discovery campaigns
- Build and scale campaigns targeting parents and students across India, Southeast
Asia, the Middle East, and other key markets
- Conduct deep keyword research, audience segmentation, and intent mapping to
maximize relevance and Quality Score
- Implement and optimize Smart Bidding strategies (Target CPA, Target ROAS,
Maximize Conversions) across funnel stages
- Manage Performance Max campaigns including asset group strategy, audience
signals, and listing feed optimization
- Own end-to-end management of Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) across
Awareness, Consideration, and Conversion objectives
- Build prospecting and retargeting funnels using Custom Audiences, Lookalikes,
Interest, and Broad targeting strategies
- Manage campaign structures across Advantage+ Shopping Campaigns (ASC), Lead
Gen, and Conversion campaigns
- Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize for CAC, ROAS, and LTV
- Collaborate with creative teams to test ad copies, hooks, and creatives for
performance improvement
- Work closely with analytics and product teams to improve funnel conversion rates
and attribution accuracy
- Generate actionable insights through dashboards and performance reports
Requirements:
- Deep expertise in Google Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max
campaigns
- Strong command of Meta campaign structures, Advantage+, Lead Gen, and
retargeting funnels
- Solid understanding of Smart Bidding (Google) and Meta's auction, delivery, and
learning phase dynamics
- Experience with Meta Pixel, Conversions API (CAPI), and post-iOS14 attribution
strategies
- Proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Events Manager
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable with Excel/Sheets, Looker Studio, or similar
