Job description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound calls related to printer support, antivirus, and tech services
- Pitch and sell technical solutions to US customers
- Diagnose basic technical issues and provide solutions
- Close sales and achieve monthly targets
- Maintain strong customer relationships
Requirements:
- Experience in US Technical Sales / Tech Support Sales
- Strong communication & convincing skills
- Knowledge of printers, antivirus, pop-ups, PPC calls is a plus
- Comfortable working in night shifts
- Target-oriented mindset
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per month
