Job Description
We are looking for a Draftsman with a Diploma in Architecture OR Civil to join our real estate design team. The role involves preparing 2D architectural drawings, assisting in design development, and providing support for project execution.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and update 2D,3D architectural drawings using AutoCAD, Revit.
Assist senior architects in design detailing, layouts, and presentations.
Coordinate with project teams and site engineers for revisions and approvals.
Ensure compliance with real estate design standards and project requirements.
Maintain proper documentation of all drawings and designs.
Required Skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD(2D drafting), Photoshop, Sketchup
Knowledge of architectural detailing and real estate design standards.
Strong visualization and drawing interpretation skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
