SLBS Marklance Pvt. Ltd. is hiring energetic and motivated candidates for the position of Admission Executive / Telecaller at our Kochi office.
We are conducting a Mega Walk-In Drive for multiple openings.
Location - Palarivattom, Kochi, Kerala
Position - Admission Executive / Telecaller
Number of Openings - 70+
Who Can Apply?
- Freshers are welcome
- Candidates with up to 3 years of sales experience
- Minimum qualification: +2 / Degree / Diploma
- Good communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Candidates passionate about sales and target-oriented work are preferred
- Immediate joiners preferred
Salary - Up to ₹20,000 per month + applicable incentives
Salary will depend on experience, skills and interview performance.
Working Hours - 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM - Monday to Saturday
Training - 10 days of training will be provided
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective students through calls and other communication channels
- Understand students' educational and career requirements
- Explain suitable courses and programs
- Follow up with prospective students
- Maintain regular communication with leads
- Convert enquiries into admissions
- Achieve assigned sales and admission targets
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records
- Provide a positive candidate/student experience
