About the Role
We are looking for motivated Sales Closers to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or professionals eager to build a career in sales, client engagement, and IT services.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads via email, WhatsApp, and social media platforms.
- Contact potential clients to understand business needs and present solutions.
- Explain Infoskaters’ products/services and handle queries.
- Schedule product demos and meetings with prospects.
- Follow up regularly to nurture leads and move them through the pipeline.
- Maintain accurate records in the Lead Management Dashboard.
- Convert qualified leads into paying customers.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and performance goals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Coordinate with technical/support teams for smooth onboarding.
- Update daily progress and participate in training sessions.
