Role Purpose
The Production / Floor Supervisor is responsible for the seamless, day-to-day execution of the production plan. - Attendance & Productivity: Maintain highly accurate logs for staff attendance and daily productivity to assist with periodic performance appraisals.
Non-Negotiables (Strict Compliance)
To succeed in this role, you must strictly uphold the following operational rules:
- No Job Card / No Bag = No Work: Zero tolerance for starting production without formal documentation.
- Material Discipline: You are directly responsible for ensuring no loose stones or precious metals are ever kept outside the designated bag system.
- Immediate Incident Logging: Any material breakage, loss, or operational delay must be logged in the incident register on the exact same day it occurs.
