Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented CRM Executive to manage customer relationships, maintain customer databases, and support customer engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate customer data management, tracking customer interactions, and helping improve customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- She Manage and maintain customer data within the system.
- Update customer records, contact information, and interaction history.
- She monitor leads and ensure timely follow-up by the sales team.
- Generate and analyze CRM reports to track customer engagement and sales performance.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to enhance customer experience.
- She Generate Leads though website.
- Execute customer communication campaigns via email, SMS, and other channels.
- Track customer feedback and support issue resolution.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with company policies.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer retention and loyalty.
- Prepare regular reports on customer activity, lead status, and campaign effectiveness.
Required Qualifications
Required Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in CRM, customer service, sales support, or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Pay: ₹15,500.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
