Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable MERN Stack Mentor to train and guide students in full-stack web development. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and support students in real-world projects and assessments.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct training sessions on MERN Stack Development.
- Teach students MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Guide students in practical assignments, mini projects, and live projects.
- Support students in debugging, coding practices, and project development.
- Monitor student performance and provide technical assistance.
- Help students understand deployment, API integration, and database management.
- Stay updated with current development trends and technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 Year of Experience in MERN Stack Development / Training.
- Strong knowledge in:
- MongoDB
- Express.js
- React.js
- Node.js
- JavaScript (ES6+)
- HTML, CSS, Bootstrap / Tailwind CSS
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to mentor and guide students effectively.
- Basic knowledge of Git/GitHub and project deployment.
Educational Qualification
- Diploma / Degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Development, or related field.
- Candidates with practical project experience will be preferred.
